   Solutionary is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All services are delivered digitally through the website and require user registration.

2. User Responsibilities
   You agree to use the service lawfully and not misuse, duplicate, or resell any part of the platform.

3. Account Access
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property
   All content, code, and designs are the intellectual property of Solutionary Inc. and protected by applicable laws.

5. Refunds
   You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment if the service has not been actively used. Contact support at 247365@solutionary.me.

6. Modifications
   We may update these terms. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

7. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
